This document contains the terms governing your use of the 2in1 platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 2in1 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by 2in1 from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
The 2in1 platform is intended for users aged 18 years and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of 2in1 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree not to use a false identity, misleading information, or register more than one account without prior written consent from 2in1.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. 2in1 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any unofficial channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you are required to notify us immediately. Any activity that occurs through your account prior to such notification remains your sole responsibility.
General User Responsibilities
- Not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Not distribute malware or take any action that could compromise the security of the platform or other users.
- Not share or transfer your account to any other party without prior written consent from 2in1.
3 Payments, Transactions & Fund Management
All financial transactions on the 2in1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong solely to the registered account holder.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the current policy stated in your account.
- All winning withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to account verification.
- 2in1 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Any taxes or fees associated with transactions are the sole responsibility of the user, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
- 2in1 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Where a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised, 2in1 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account while an investigation is conducted. Users found to be involved in fraudulent activity will face appropriate action, including account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.
4 Account Policies, Suspension & Closure
Account Closure by User
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting 2in1 customer support. All active balances must be settled before closure. Closed accounts cannot be reinstated, and any unused points or rewards will be forfeited.
Suspension or Closure by 2in1
2in1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- The account has been inactive beyond the period specified in our inactive account policy.
- There is a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
2in1's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final, subject to an internal appeals process that may be initiated through our customer support channels.
5 Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2in1 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 2in1 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
2in1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 2in1 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 2in1 platform may interact with third-party services such as payment processors and e-wallet providers. 2in1 is not responsible for the policies, practices, or actions of these third parties. Use of their services is subject to their own separate terms and conditions, which are independent of this document.
6 Changes to Terms & Governing Law
2in1 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 2in1 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent Malaysian court, unless first settled through a mutually agreed arbitration or mediation process.
